What is your return policy?

Your purchase comes with a 45 day money-back guarantee. We want you to feel better and move better. If for any reason this is not the case please reach out to us via email to support@vibration-labs.com.


How can I return my purchase?

We are sorry to hear you are thinking of returning your purchase. Please email us at support@vibration-labs.com to arrange your return. If you are within 45 days of your date of purchase (not date you receive the product) our customer relations team will authorize a return. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We can not be responsible for packages lost during the return process. Once we receive the device our team will process the refund. It may take up to 7 business days to see this reflected in your original method of payment.


How long is the warranty?

Every purchase comes with a one year warranty where if the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with return and replacement during the warranty period.


What is covered under the warranty?

If within one year from the date of purchase, your product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components. The defective product must be sent to our warehouse for inspection prior to receiving a replacement. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending us the defective product for review and the cost associated with sending a new product. Receiving a new product or accessory does not extend the life of the warranty beyond your initial date of purchase. 


This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, unauthorized modification of the product, repair by unauthorized sources, units taken outside of the United States, expected wear and tear, theft or loss, physical accident, liquid damage, the use of unofficial accessories, natural disasters, loss of power, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, environmental conditions.


This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective and materials are not available, we reserve the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.
