Where do you ship?

Currently our shipping is limited to the US and Canada.


I never got my order?

Please email us at support@vibration-labs.com if you do not receive your order. We will work with you to ensure we resolve any order or shipping issues as soon as possible.


My order got canceled, what happened?

If this has happened our team has likely already reached out to you with the reasons behind the cancellation. Please check the email you used to purchase the device. If you have no communication from us please email us at support@vibration-labs.com as soon as possible. If an order is flagged for potential fraudulent activity we will cancel your order.


Can I change my shipping address?

We will try our best to adjust any shipping changes. However, this is not always possible if the order has already shipped. Please immediately email us to see how we can help.


Can I change my shipping address?

Once you purchase the device it could take 2-3 days to leave our warehouse. From there it could take another 5-7 business days to receive. We do offer priority shipping at an extra cost. Standard shipping is included with your purchase.
